The players are the real problem. Poor awful lack of abilities and pace, stroll around aimlessly, can’t dribble and back passes most of the time. Of cos they should be blame if they can’t perform week in week out. Their salary is obscene too.

He always looks like he's on the back foot because of his lack of pace and strength. He's terrified of simply getting outmuscled or outrun all the time, and he doesn't have the quality or vision to compensate. So, basically, the kind of player that ends up having to drop down a level to be able to have any sort of effect on a game.
He works hard, but there's zero output.
