He should be backup to ndiaye on the left. Nothing more. Right wing is asking for trouble.
Even I could play against him and easily force him down the wing, knowing he 100% would not get a right footed cross in.

Be great if Burnley came in with 15m or so for him. I'd drive him there myself. His level is definitely low Premier League / high Championship.

As mentioned earlier on by Neiler, if the clubs ambition for next season is top 6 then this fella and others will have to step up to the plate massively.
Being honest, I think we need far better.
His lack of pace is worrying.
He shouldn’t be starting games for a club with high ambition.

Agree with all of that - he's such a limited player. Crossing off a dead ball good, otherwise garbage. No pace, no right foot, no aerial threat, little physicality. Annoying that somebody saw him and thought he could be a difference-maker for Everton, really.

Capable of 5 goals a season, he's better than Pemberton or Davies. Squad player if he can't be unloaded. Come home Richarlison.

The thought occurred to me that when we look at prospective signings in the summer - set piece delivery should be one of the factors we look at because when McNeil is out, we look levels below what we do when he's in the side.

Seems Moyes’ arrival has shown improvement in most player’s performances. I want to see a string of matches where Dwight and Ndiaye are featured to see if Dwight is still Dwight or if he elevates his game.

We are going from aiming for 17th this season to 6th next season? I think that's a bit of a stretch. It will take a massive rebuild over multiple seasons and McNeil will be useful for that period.

Not a hope of even aiming for the top 6 yet, let’s be honest. Villa are 7th and they are absolutely miles better in every department.

Oh no doubt we won’t be anywhere that mark. Being realistic for next season, I think we’ll finish 10-13th.

Top six next season is a huge ask. He's decent enough squad player for a mid Prem team,which is where we will be.

Never rated him but the stats say otherwise.
