95% of the stick he gets is purely because of his lack of speed, but hes one of only two players we have who can generate a goal out of nothing, and I dont think its a coincidence we have struggled to score so much in the matches hes missed.

He’s had a lot of very poor performances, including the last 4 starts before his injury. Doesn’t really score goals 2/3 a season and gets assists because he takes every free kick and corner and we have been set up as a set piece team for 2 years.

Please define "massively overrated". Under Dyche we had 14 goals in 13 matches with him. We had 1 goals in the 6 matches he missed(we also didnt score in any match he missed last season). I personally think hes better than Doucoure but to each their own.

But McNeil is not a player we kick on with
I’f we want to kick on and try and be like a Villa, in the next few years you need better players than McNeil
