Not in a position to sack him and we need some sort of stability....... Not sure when his contract runs out, but we do have to start planning for his replacement now... whether it be at the end of the season or the following one with hopefully EPL status maintained!

He is risk averse of course but he has delivered 30 on field points this season which more than meets his brief.
On another day, a couple of the clear cut DCL x 2; Doucoure and Garner chances go in and we take all the points comfortably.

I disagree a better manager wins more than 3 games at home this season. Palace weee there for tge taking, but he played a CB at RB and young on the wing, what’s that 3 or 4 times dyche has played him in the wing, when he’s been a full back for about 6/7 yrs

To his detractors, no he's not perfect and of course he makes mistakes but be thankful he actually took the job and you can have a moan because without him we'd have been playing Championship football this season and definitely next season after the points deduction.

The squad is dire. We have zero money to spend. All the signing he made were on the never never. Plus the points deduction. Anybody else would have thrown the towel in long ago.
Fairly sure 20something years makes it a bit late.
I'd prefer to watch us play football, or at least try.
Thus confirming we're play absolute dogturd percentage football to eek out a point for at least half the games in a season.
The "massive" improvement in PPG and xG is great and all, but what if, and that's a wild idea, we didn't look like a lower part of the table League 1 side when we have the ball for more than 5 seconds?
Think that site needs to go back to school . 30 points in 25 games is 1.2 ppg. So on a 38 game season he’s on 45.6. Yes that’s better than previous. But it’s only highlighting he’s a decent prem manager than can keep a team in the division.
But nobody on here can tell me they enjoy the football. It’s absolutely mind numbing. And we need better moving forward
We’d be 12th and let’s face it, it’s still a moving target that. We don’t know how it’ll look at the end of the season.

That firt half was the worst i have seen ever .... by any manager - his team selection - lack of pace & HOOF BALL... I was disgusted ....
