The world is becoming more and more dystopian.

I've been using Instagram a lot lately for my business, and I've noticed there's an increasing amount of no mark wannabe influencers who 'sponsor' their own posts. They usually put something cryptic in the title, such as "all part of the journey" whilst posing on a tacky balcony in Dubai, wearing tight white trousers with loafers with no socks. People genuinely think they are brands now with their 49 likes.

Spending time on Instagram does tend to make you think the world is going to hell in a handcart. Not as abusive as twitter but still a bit of a cesspit in other ways
 
One thing social media has taught me, before I consigned much of it to the bin, was how incredibly stupid most of the public are, hanging onto the words and opinions of non-qualified self proclaimed "experts".

Influencers? Vacuous word spouts more like it.

It is going to hell into a handcart, and the fact that there is a market for vacuous word spouts has a lot to do with it.

Opinions and all - I like the music overall, it's fantastic, but some of the lyrics are a bit dull - I get that this is Megadeth's entire stick, have listened/played/loved them for a ridiculous amount of time, but sometimes I get tired of "wake up"/conspiracytalk you know?

It is unfortunate that Megadave went that far down that rabbit hole, given where he was in the 90s. The guitar work on that one, though. Kiko does work.

Man Kiko is fantastic yet somehow underrated, but it's understandable as Marty's role was big to fill. Kiko might actually be better as a stage fit (personal opinion is also that he's a better metal player in general) as he just lives for the live performances really.

Big Marty fan myself (even 'play' a Jackson Kelly JS) but honestly Kiko is 10/10.

Have seen Marty solo live standing right in front of him (and have a pick). He is an absolute beast, and he assembled an incredible backing band for his solo work.

The two Daves (yes, I know about the sordid backstory) and Kiko are monsters live. I was a little disappointed when I saw Dave without David and Kiko.

This type of moron always existed, simply before they didn't have the stage upon which to make such a spectacle of themselves.
