"It was like you were a member of the family and always would be"

'kin Manson family. I can assure you Murphy, I travel all over the country with work as well, and I'm never greeted with anything but relief when I say 'blue'. LFC are almost universally despised in my experience, and dumbbells like you writing mawkish twaddle like this is part of the reason why.

You're hated because (amongst many other things), cack peddling hacks like you are so far up Klopp's arse you can tell his hat size.

'kin utter plum.

I know hundreds of fans of around 50+ clubs.

Only the Newcastle fan wants the RS to win. And that is half heartedly.

The rest are dreading a scenario where City do not do deliver.

“ is liverpools win in germany the greatest win by a english team of all time”

Ha ha ha ha

Good lord. Two poor teams having a hoof fest that Liverpool edged and then a late one made the scoreline look good. They shouldn’t have even been in the knockout rounds they were so poor I t he group stages. They’ll see their backsides before time if they play to that standard in this competition again.

I know a Geordie who's rooting for Liverpool as well. It must be the Rafael Benitez connection.
Twisted logic.. They want the FORMER club of their present manager to win the league!!!

How does that work out? What connection do we have to Hull, much less Watford, through Silva? And, furthermore they don't owe Liverpool one because Benitez didn't leave Liverpool for them (like, say, Moyes left Preston for Everton and then to United). There is almost no link.. But then again they ARE Geordies.

Short term memory loss.. It wasn't even the greatest English win THAT week..

All they really did was score first and then make sure they didn't lose (yes, I know, they did win but calm down!!)

United in Paris
United at Juve
United v Bayern 1999
Everton v Bayern
Norwich v Bayern
Fulham v Juve
Boro's comeback wins in Europa
RS XII (ref) v Milan
etc

I guess the word 'No' was said within a second?

Nobody expected United to progress from a 2 goal deficit against one of the favourites for the competition.

German football is at it's lowest ebb in decades, from the national team to the clubs. But don't let that ruin the media agenda.

Seeing as Spurs beat the traffic who are better than bayern in the very same round, as well as the fact United's win was far superior it was the first English away win if the round any other club wins that game and the question wouldn't even be asked.
