.Manchester and Cardiff; A true Tale of Two Cities this weekend
I think it depends on how City react. They aren't used to losing. They aren't used to conceding 7 shots on target and they certainly aren't used to conceding 3 at home. If Guardiola's teams have a weakness it is struggling against teams who are prepared to press them whilst being able to beat City's press.
After an hour on Wednesday City were leading the tie and should of seen the game out.
Their reaction will be interesting because I am not sure playing angry suits them. Guardiola's last two jobs have been at teams that have been desperate to win the Champions League. He has failed both times. As crazy as it sounds Guardiola is now under a bit of pressure, usually when that happens he tends to go quite negative and his teams play a bit longer.
City are clear favourites but if you are a team accustomed to winning then facing the team who just knocked you out and then an away to United aren't exactly the fixtures you would pick.
Was he now? IIRC they said they would can him. @GrandOldTeam
If Liverpool draw one of their remaining games, City have a great chance to win this title. They could afford a loss and still win it.
Still just Liverpool for me though. They should win all the remaining games and City will drop points yet.
Thing is today was the one i worried about most, and they got it ovre the line even if it wasnt pretty, i still fancy both teams to take maximum points. The funny one will be if Rafael can take a result, just hope Newcastle get beat this weekend to keep them in the worried zone so they have to turn up and playIf Liverpool draw one of their remaining games, City have a great chance to win this title. I cant either, I;m just not convinced City win this PL without Liverpool dropping another couple of points. I dont see that happening, though the gamnes either side of theor Barcleona ties might be interesting. That's why a lot of posters here (myself included) were hoping they;d get to the SF of the CL.Koff Dave I cant cope with Liverpool winning it I just can’t
It keeps the pressure on the Manson Family, and that's all we can ask.Thing is today was the one i worried about most, and they got it ovre the line even if it wasnt pretty, i still fancy both teams to take maximum points.
