ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

Difference is though, we were all highly critical of the Everton supporter with the child. No Kopites on their forum criticised the perpetrators of those lies told about us.
I thought the treatment of that fan was over the top tbh, the fella was falling towards him and he didn't exactly punch him. A few years ago Phil Neville was punched while taking a throw in which was far worse than what happened that night. The fella who did that against Lyon was silly, but I think the incident was hugely over exaggerated.

So why have pretty much all their matches recently been after City have played?

Hasn’t really mattered as they’ve always played a game extra so City have been ahead for maximum about a day before Liverpool then go ahead for another week and the pressure is back on City. Liverpool haven’t had the scenario of going 4 points down and needing to win just to keep up this season. They could have potentially been looking at having to go to Newcastle and win just to stay 1 behind but the dynamic of that will now change that City will have to win against Leicester to go back top.

You can have a go at the numerous offside calls and the dodgy penalties but them lot have had to play every game after a City win in the last few weeks so the pressure has always been on. Also if they bring a fixture forward to help them in Europe it means they've got less time to recover for that fixture. Need to stop the conspiracy theories and concentrate on the facts.

Read their thread on this weekends fixtures. I know their mental, woe is me perennial victimhood is well known around these parts but it's still breath taking.

They are simply a different breed. Reading it youd think spurs were peppering the city goal all game, the ref gave everything to City and the penalty City should've had simply didnt happen.

They. Are. So. Effing. Weird.

Oliver was on a one man mission to get Spurs back into it. Yet they think he was against them. Unbelievable.

Had the misfortune to sit near some young Scientologists in the pub today.

Cheered and clapped when Kevin De Bruyne was injured, and salivated in desperation for the Spuds to equalise in the last 5 minutes.

Truly vile.
KDB's injured? Dammit, City do not need that right now, not with the Derby coming up.

Funny how they're all up Spurs' arses now when they've spent most of last season slagging off Harry Kane.

Look at the twitter feed for Martin Tyler whenever they're playing. They are convinced he hates them. Only them....
They are totally irrational in every respect. They don't show embarrassment... even the RS loving Tyler suggested today without hesitation that the RS "would be lifted by the thought that Kevin de Bruyne's injury could mean him missing the rest of the season". Had it been said about one of theirs and there would have been a wailing wall of their internet weirdos demanding God knows what....their reactions tend to just blend into the same basic one ultimately resulting in..... "What ????"
