To think as well that City wanted Jorginho and Sanchez also but didn’t get either in a bit of a chaotic summer. If Liverpool don’t win it this year you can see City going big in the summer to plug the gaps in holding midfield, full back and maybe even striker. You can’t see Liverpool doing that again without selling first making next season even harder for them to win it against City.

Absolutely baffled that Sane doesn't start every game. Germany leaving him out of the world cup squad was one of the stupidest decisions in football and they got what they deserved. They started him upfront in their most recent game and he made the 'best centre half in the world' look like crap.He came on the other night and completely changed it. Just play him ffs.

It baffles me as well because, from what I can see, he's a fantastic player who regularly impacts games: ten and twelve league goals and assists respectively.

There doesn't appear to be an obvious issue with his work rate either as I've seen him tracking back. Perhaps there's something behind the scenes? Attitude?

Yes there's ample talent in the Citeh squad and Germany weren't too short either, but apart from something underlying I see no reason why he shouldn't be starting.

As we know, anything can happen in football but to actually predict that is an example of saying anything to keep the cult happy and give them hope.

City winning the league and Barcelona lifting the European Cup can't come soon enough.
