ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

Amen Dave.

You know it, I know it.

I make City massive favourites. Guardiola knows what the game means. This is it. It's the title in 90 minutes. Everyone knows it.

Are Leicester dangerous? Yes.

Youd take that though wouldn't you? I mean, I for one had declared this title race over countless times. To have this one shot chance of City at home aginst a team outside the top 6 is a position I never dreamed City would be in.

Spot on mate

Brighton and that big galoot Murray worry me. The sort of daft game you would never think could go wrong then City to slip up 1-1 at the Amex with shots hitting the post and Brightons GK having a stormer.

The only thing I'd say is it's City. This isn't your average title winning team from ten years ago. The way they dominate games, the way they are just so much better has rarely been seen.

Dave....it is no coincidence that City’s winning streak started when Mahrez dropped out the picture.

The level of overconfidence in here is just astounding.

It’s like people genuinely never learn a thing.

Mate we have to stop with this attitude. Its why we suck at derbies cos we put them on a pedestal and knock our own. I've been guilty of fearing the worse with them but I think it's benefiting them and harming Everton. Pickford came out with "Everton that" after the Anfield derby, therefore I don't want any part of this everything goes swimmingly for Liverpool mentality. Lets deal in facts. This decade has seen Liverpool choke time and again and its odds against them picking anything up this season despite being 7 points clear at Christmas and the greatest side ever to visit at the Neu Camp.

There's some Evertonians who are acting like Barcelona are 3 down going to Anfield. That Messi will be terrified of a funeral song and some badly written banners. We're helping perpetuate myths about them and then get frustrated when players buy into them and don't put them to the sword. Lets tell them they're going to win nothing again, let's put doubts into their minds, lets counter against the media agenda. And hey if I'm wrong and Leicester turn into Brazil 1970 then at least I've not wasted energy worrying about it.

Haven’t got that list, but I’ve got one longer than my arm of them spawning all sorts of last minute stuff just when we all start getting comfortable/confident that they won’t.
You haven’t got that list mate because there isn’t one. They’ve shown a total lack of nous when it comes to actually winning things. Nothing has changed this season.

Some of you guys seriously underestimate City and it's absolute silly behavior.
Scored the most goals and conceded the least with the RS.

I read the today's football thread during the Manchester derby and thought I was watching a different match. It read like a was a cricket score to United, rather than the classy, professional performance I watched by City.

Last week against Burnley was nervy but I think Monday will be comfortable.

I just think Liverpool have had too much luck this season for City to just stroll by and win it.

Feels like the calm before the storm - a final twist with Tyler gushing himself on commentary.
If the twist comes, it comes on Monday night. That's the last chance it'll happen. Liverpool will beat Wolves and City will beat Brighton - heavily.

I can see City creating chance after chance after chance. They will be manic. They'll have the attitude that 'we'll score 6 or 7 on the night', and then ask Leicester to match them.

Exactly City have been cruising for weeks, Played Spurs and United and cleaned up clutch when they needed to, Not worrying me.
