It;s Brighton mate. They'll be hammered by HT.

I'll celebrate their loss on Sunday and then deal with the CL final thereafter.

Believe me, if they win the CL it'll be a lot less of a trauma than if they'd won the PL.

A big day out and homecoming. That's it. The gloss wears off. And they'll have a job on their hands winning it, btw.

I dont think youlre getting this mate. Do you think any elite club measures their success on winning a domestic trophy....two in over a decade?

We didn’t get the win, but we did get a result that could deny them the league

Its not just that, Barca done exactly same [Poor language removed] last year vs far weaker team, Roma, 4-1 win in 1st game and 3-0 loss in Rome. Valverde is bottler and mid table manager

They're trophies. We're currently like some banger Ford KA trying to nitpick at the faults in an Aston Martin.

We're all sitting here screaming City on for the title, then switching for Barca for the semis and now we could have to cheer Spurs on to win the European Cup before we even get a sniff of it.

We need to take a step back as a fanbase and realise we have our own club to concentrate on. Honestly feels like the last three years we've just been supporting whoever is playing against them, as we get nothing from our own club.
 
The one little spec of positivity with them being good again was that it looked like we’d be the ones to ultimately deny them the league.

But we’re not allowed to enjoy anything when it comes to football, so obviously they’re going to go and win the CL.

Why are you comparing us with them? The comparison is them and real elite clubs of the last decade.
