Tottenham net spend since poch has been there is 6m, Liverpool's net spend since klopp has been there 30m.

Ours is around 50m since mosh has been here

Shows it can be done if you wheel and deal
No surprise as they both have a studious analytical approach to recruitment and both at present are punching above their weight and now contending a CL final at the same time.

I should also add Atletico who have the same approach and were unlucky to lose both finals against Real Madrid after conceding late equalisers in the dying minutes in both finals. Southampton are another club who also have the same analytical approach.

When you have such a recruitment based on analytics of signing players, net spends will be low as you sign players that go under the radar of big spending clubs.

Erikssen , Alli , Son, Mane, Salah, Robertson, Henderson, Coutinho, Firmino, Rose, Walker, Vertonghen ,all scream as analytically bought under valued players for a pressing style of play.

Both clubs got the right managers in perfect for that recruitment approach, signed the right players fit for their way of football, who's stats stuck out like sore thumbs for defensive metrics, running distance, pressing, sprints per game, and how good the players are in transition and both clubs are bearing fruit now.

You get plenty of grief for maybe being a red. I am in 2 minds personally. If you are, sad does not begin to describe you. If you are a Blue, why do you care so much about that sort of guff?

Spurs havnt signed anyone for 2 years. Poch joined Spurs after doing Ok at Southampton, and they have hit a sweet spot, no doubt. Liverpool lobbed millions at their team last summer. Broke records I believe.

Nothing to see here, just a RS with a thesaurus.

What was it? £65m on a keeper, £75m on a centre back and £100m on two backup midfielders in the last year.

Yet all I heard was Everton have spent this amount, Everton have ruined the transfer market etc.

Used to be a massive moan in the media when chelsea and City spent those amounts and we're copping it too.... They get a free pass as per

Yep, pretty much. Not sure if that includes the Swiss Gnome and Robinson as well. (Who is ace in my book, and an absolute bargain)

LOOOOOL

He’s spent the best part of £370m since he’s been there

But somehow that’s ok because he got £142m back for Coutinho and managed to get £25m for Sakho, £15m for Ibe, £15 for Danny Ward (loool) and £30m for Benteke.

There’s nothing analytical about it. He spent over £100m a year and got massive cheque for a small Brazilian
