ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

No surprise as they both have a studious analytical approach to recruitment and both at present are punching above their weight and now contending a CL final at the same time.

I should also add Atletico who have the same approach and were unlucky to lose both finals against Real Madrid after conceding late equalisers in the dying minutes in both finals. Southampton are another club who also have the same analytical approach.

When you have such a recruitment based on analytics of signing players, net spends will be low as you sign players that go under the radar of big spending clubs.

Erikssen , Alli , Son, Mane, Salah, Robertson, Henderson, Coutinho, Firmino, Rose, Walker, Vertonghen ,all scream as analytically bought under valued players for a pressing style of play.

Both clubs got the right managers in perfect for that recruitment approach, signed the right players fit for their way of football, who's stats stuck out like sore thumbs for defensive metrics, running distance, pressing, sprints per game, and how good the players are in transition and both clubs are bearing fruit now.
You don’t half chat bollox

'Dee Earth rotates around Libpoolfc la...'

Let's hope the only winners parade this weekend is the one for Tommy Fleetwood.
Did anyone see the interviews down the fairway?
1st one I saw was with a cockney southerner Tom Lewis,
'love the course and the area and of course I'm a Liverpudlian so I enjoyed Tuesday night'

2nd interview was with Tommy Fleetwood's caddie Ian Finnis, 6ft + scouser
'love the course and being from here I love Liverpool, NOT THE FOOTBALL CLUB, he nearly bit the microphone in his haste to emphasise it.

I saw Fleetwoods caddie interview. Laughed at that emphasis.

Well, I’ve avoided this place for a day or two, gutted that once again the RS did what they did. But fair do’s...it was a great comeback, I’m just glad that Spurs managed an even greater comeback the next day to knock them off the media headlines....
Spurs are now hated by the cult, together with us, Citeh, Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal and you can add Brighton on Sunday.

That's why I hope Arsenal and Chelsea win, gives the sports media more to talk about and less airtime for them.
