He's bald, and smug, but he's not stupid.

Also he could start Delph, Foden and me and still be up 2-0 before Brighton touch the ball
Brighton will bring a full on ale house game.
I hope you are right and it's settled early as I'm sure Liverpool will have beaten Wolves before they kick off.

Crying that the RS have that Kopite Martin Atkinson as their referee today lol

To be honest their result shouldn't be in doubt anyway, so I don't know why the FA didn't get him to referee the City game. Huge fail on their behalf.

City aren't the team that wobbles. They're a machine. And it's Brighton.

It was only Burnley away and Leicester at home and they still made us wait like a cat on hot bricks right to the very end.

When they first won the title it was only QPR and they couldn't have left that any later either.

I believe they will do it, I just think it will be one of them nervy games. Although I hope to God I am wrong and they blast them away in the first 20 minutes obviously.

In typical Liverpool FC fashion, just as, we were all buzzing about them winning nothing this season after being humiliated by Barcelona, they may well lose out today but will likely be able to proclaim themselves champions of Europe in three weeks, ffs.

Awaits Kopite Coady's back pass to Salad to open the score in the 2nd minute....a la Slippy's pass to Drogba to stop Man u winning the Prem...lollol

There's nothing like a sense of perspective ; pride goeth before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.

According to the RS, having lost 13 times this season, Spurs will be the worst team to ever win the CL should we prevail.

Conveniently forgetting they lost 14 when they won it in 2005.....

I really fancy Spurs to win the Champions League. I think the RS fans and players think they've already won it. Spurs play their own game and dont get overwhelmed they can match the RS.

What's all this 'the odds are stacked in their favour for the CL' business about? Bloody hell, it's second playing third, on a neutral ground, with the third place team having been only a terrible penalty decision and a goalkeeping freak away from drawing twice. The 'second placed team' might be slight favourites in this scenario, I grant you, but 'stacked' in their favour? Come on, we're better than this...

I admit to being very nervy about the City game, but I really can't see any way on this earth City won't score against Brighton in an hour and a half of trying. Brighton simply don't score goals. The league must be done.

And the CL is practically a coin toss for me.
