ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

You’ve mistaken my using a very common turn of phrase, meaning a way to pass the time when you have little of importance to do, with a literal use of the word kill, as in to end a life.

Time is a man made construct and cannot ‘literally’ be killed, so it’s probably on me for using the phrase in the first place. Forgive me.

Or... don’t be a [Poor language removed] and imply that people you’ve never met are murderers because you’ve heard your mates say it and it makes you sound ‘ard.

Knob.
Is this the violence in you coming out

Liverpool fans: laughing at Everton for beating a crap team 22-0.
Also Liverpool fans: celebrating wins over the mighty Chester and Tranmere.

Everton fans, not celebrating the 22-0 win against a Sunday league team because they know it means sod all.

Also Liverpool fans: not making any fuss at all about wins against Chester and Tranmere as half the squad isn’t even there and the opposition is practically nothing.

For as many instances as you can find of someone on Twitter or a forum making more of these games on either side than they should, there are around about a thousand who aren’t saying anything like that at all.

Might just be passing the time in work. Its not a massive crime and providing they aren't WUM, like this guy. Then its perfectly fine to get a perspective from other teams supporters surely? Otherwise we just turn into a cult

I've always read other teams boards when I'm bored, never took the time to post. I appreciate your point though, it makes sense.

After the Vermin v Bury game:

Jurgen Klopp insisted there were mitigating circumstances for this dour stalemate.
The Liverpool manager spoke about a gruelling training schedule, a blistering hot afternoon and a dry playing surface.

Defies belief.

Serious question: why are you here? And why are you posting in a thread dedicated to making fun of Liverpool?

Also, why do some kopites seem to think we think we're going to win the league? As if any Everton fan is that stupid.

I’ve said why I’m here already. I first visited after holgate firmino to see what was being said from the other side, but didn’t need to join.

I joined before the CL final to see what was being said.

Ive posted on here around England games, or in response to questions asked or statements made about me.

I don’t know why some Kopites might think that. I don’t and I agent seen anyone say they think that either.

A lot of noise was made last off-season though about a shift in the balance of power and heads falling off and you being the richest kids on the block, which obviously fell on its arse, so it should likely a parody of that.

That is just not correct. There was excitement and enthusiasm but even that had withered significantly before the close of the window particularly so when we failed to sign a striker. There was no serous conception of challenging. Anyone of another opinion was part of a miniscule minority.

I really don't see why you would want to post here, but a) please get your facts right if you insist and b) don't purport to know our opinions.

I’m all fairness most Everton fans last season were saying that none of this signings really count because we didn’t sign a striker.

I think you’re referencing early on in the window when we got excited with what we thought was good business. That quickly faded when we never actually signed anyone who could score goals.

Enjoy your month long title ‘challenge’. It will be about as effective as Everton’s. Also the irony of a Liverpool fan calling out another set of fans for getting a bit over excited and talking about powershifts. Maybe you should have waited until the actual game in Kiev before your fans started telling anyone who would listen how you were going to ‘blow away’ the defending European champions.
