I’m going to stick my neck on the line and make the outrageous claim that the scallies lobbing bottles at a coach probably aren’t the same people doing the grenfell thing... therefore making your post a false equivalency.

I think what’s more important is how people actually effected by grenfell feel about the banner and so far the only outrage I can see over it is coming from our fans... which isn’t exactly a good look is it.

The motive is the problem. It was their usual superiority complex taking over so they could all pat themselves on the back again.

They jump on every bandwagon going and I have reason to question their sincerity.

It's all down to sincerity and rationale.

Genuine support, empathy, and assistance, at a time of crisis is welcome.

Though of us who live with these (RS) people, realise only too well, what it was all about.

Self aggrandisement, and ersatz sentimentality.

If they ever play Linfield, expect to see banners offering symphony for the Titanic.

Though a game against Glentoran would probably be more apt :)

I know people have doubts over the motive but at the same time I don't think its that weird that a set of fans who spent years demanding justice for a cover up are doing something similar for another case which many people are worried is being swept under the rug.

I totally get the shouts of grief merchants etc but this case does at least have some parallels to Hillsborough in terms of how its being handled by government etc

Must have even played at Chelsea last season as well with no banner in sight.

They must have tipped off the TV people beforehand so ad the cameraman coukd pick it out in the crowd.

If you think about it they didn’t even have to show it in London or Chelsea. It’s not like they waited until they played in South Yorkshire before demanding justice for hillsboroufh.

The usual RS angst and the club's all enveloping duplicity over Take That/Barlow/The Sun (Murdoch owned NewsUK). Of course, theyve been glued to SkySports (Murdoch owned NewsUK) for nearly 30 years and with a pantheon of their club's ex players and management on its payroll. The Special Dispensation Committee of course rendered UK OK with that...doesnt count...dont talk about it...didnt happen. Thank goodness Murdoch has now sold up to alleviate their guilt in lining his pockets and that duplicity..and for so long. Oh hang on a mo....
