Mane hasn't signed a contract and was linked with a move away, Salah had the world at his feet and then Ramos broke him and Egypt failed badly at the World Cup. You don't go from scoring a ridiculous amount of goals between three of you to looking toothless in a few months without some kind of explanation.

It's not even that teams have wisened up either, Salah's finishing has gone from the Egyptian Messi to the Egyptian Jozy Altidore.

It sounds like their tactics were pure allardyce. They have a £60m keeper, a £75m defender, two £50m centre mids and three strikers who cost over £30m and they tried to play a tactic akin to stoke and it backfired.

Referee lost us that, we was all over them for 89 minutes. Salah was fouled constantly. Nothing has changed we're still as good as any team in europe. We'll see who is laughing when we make it 6 in June. #european royalty #ynwa4eva #justice
