ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

Should never have even been there anyway. The easiest run of all time assisted by some embarassing refereeing displays. Outclassed by the first decent team they met. Would have been out with Spurs and Chelsea had they got any of Atletico Bayern PSG Juventus Barca United Madrid or even Spurs or Chelsea over 2 legs. Hopefully won’t have such a good run again in the future.
RAWK hits back:

SMS1986 "At least fans of the other big clubs in the league have a right to laugh at our failure, how are Everton doing in Europe?"

Son of Spion "I really couldn't care less what they think. They are irrelevant. I don't even mind them having a good laugh over it. Schadenfreude in the sporting rivalry context is fine by me. We find their annual abject failure hilarious, they find us losing finals they will never reach hilarious too. It's all fair. Let's get our respective failures in context, though. Ours ultimately came in the biggest club football final on the planet, although we have qualified for it again next season. Their failure was not managing to overhaul Burnley in the league after spending more money than they have in their history. In the process we've experienced football the likes of them will never see from their own club and we've had occasions their fanbase will never experience. I know who id rather be supporting today, despite our loss last night, and it's certainly not them.
Schadenfreude is all well and good, but when it's all you've got, it's quite sad really. Their vicarious living will go on again next season too, because they can't do it themselves. We were there. They weren't and never will be. The schadenfreude last laugh is surely ours."

sirkennydaggers "Everton's greatest ever European triumph, bless them."

They're hurting. They're hurting real bad.
sounds like Fanta scruff.

Where were their independent MMA fighters ratifying these moves?

Oh wow, they even have Independent MMA Consultants now

Add it to their panel of experts which include authorities on South American linguistics and race relations, lip reading experts and physics lecturers on the behaviour of spittle in the air.

The amount of comedy that this single match has provided from the cancelled flights (requesting that the RAF get involved), to the awful banners, the Ramos fatwa, the Karius blunders and subsequent threats, the video of them bleating in all their glory coming out of Anfield, right up up to a Brookside actor wanting a straightener with a professional athlete at the peak of his powers is surely unsurpassed in football history. The hits have just kept coming...

Im slowly going through the thread to find this , what’s the story here mate ?
The fella who played Greg in Brookside years ago, Mark Moraghan, tweeted Sergio Ramos last night calling him a coward and wanting to fight him in a boxing match. Full on meltdown. Get on Twitter while you can as he's blocking left, right and centre. It's absolute gold.

It’s crazy, they’re the only fans I’ve met who constantly use the ‘bitter’ jibe whenever anyone takes the mick out of them.

It used to just be ‘bitter blues’, but now they call United fans bitter. City fans. Chelsea. Everyone’s bitter cos they’re not with the RS programme.

They utterly baffle me, and I work with WBA fans, West Ham, Spurs, Fulham, Villa, Arsenal - all of which I can shoot the breeze with and take the mick without any superiority or shouts of ‘bitter’ from anyone.

They truly are unique. But not in the way they think.
They're not very self-aware, are they?

Gee whizz - the BBC publishing a negative story about the RS. lets hope the author doesn't have a twitter account....

They left it out of the national news last night at 10.

The Establishment club have many powerful friends, despite their fan's unrelenting determination to portray them as hard done to.

They shamed themselves again. Murder Incorporated.

Their (the rs) spin doctors are on overtime now getting players, coaches etc to say the right thing to the media about how they're all a team and are supportive. The reality remains that none of this was on show after the match when they left him sobbing, alone in his goalmouth.

That club stinks through to the core of the rotten bile Beelzebub left there when they made their pact with him. The utter mutants.

So, the injury is a sprain and not as bad as first thought.

He got up and played on for a few minutes before he knew he had to go off

So, Sergio did not try to kill him then.

I hope he makes it to the world cup. He is a very good player who has carried the reds all season. He deserves to be there.

Yes he needs to play so he has little rest time for next season. More Hoping Egypt play Spain at some stage so Ramos can finish him off.
