LIVERPOOL boss Jurgen Klopp has called for the Anfield faithful to stand up and be counted when Napoli come calling in a Champions League shootout in two weeks time.

Cue all the deadheads leaving there mar's spare room en-mass to assemble outside the pit.

You just know what would come next don't you? Blanket ban on English clubs. Followed by Everton earning a champions league place only to be told they are emitted. Inspiring a whole new generation of warranted bitterness.

- best keeper in der werld
- by far the best centre back in werld football
- best left back in der werld
- golden boy from Egypt
- best last year transfer
- best offensive trio in der werld

When you consider what actually happened that night the response to it was an absolute disgrace. One massive sweep under the carpet and a slap on the wrist. Unbelievable when you think this is 2018 and it was a CL quarter final and a set of fans actually destroyed an opposition team bus. Almost as unbelievable as a football manager wearing a T-shirt openly condoning racism.

They also should have a look from the kick off onwards. How many times did Milner foul Neymar ? McManaman was slobbering on commentary "Yerrrrs... gerrin'...'ave sum o tha, Neymar'' (obviously his time spent in Madrid has given him a cultured fine-tune). Two wrongs don't make a right of course and PSG gave some back..the foul on Gomez in particular. Milner is clearly now their go-to hitman and he did well to stay on the pitch last night. Business as usual for him Sunday then as he will have carte blanche to kick all before him given its there...young Richarlison better have a shower in Holy Water before the game.

You would think in light of the mayhen in Argentina on top of the despicable scenes before the City and Roma games last season, the RS hierarchy would desist from blowing these dog whistles.

McManaman and “Fletch” were gushing with praise when Milner “let them know he was there”.

I watched it to half-time last night. Couldn't understand how Milner did not have at least a yellow card to his name.

The gushing, as you say, of the two commentators was such that I switched to the Spurs game for the second half. Couldn't stand another second of those two.
