I'd rather Allison got injured than both VVD and Gomez getting injuries.

I dont think it would matter if the defensive personnel was constant in front of a stand-in GK and they played the same cautious way.

Alisson may or may not become a good PL GK. As I said, I take as I find, and from what I've seen - if you leave out the derby - is a GK who is ok but can lack focus too. Nothing more than that. Gomez I would say has probably been the best defender in the PL since the start of the season.

Why do you take exception to that bit? To me that seems a relatively normal and innocuous thing to say. It's not inflammatory like you are making out.

What a surprise that the BBC have chosen the RS FA Cup game to be shown live!

I was joking a while back that whoever they draw,the BBC will show it live.

Because every season the BBC choose the RS as their 3rd round live game.

They need all the footage they can get for their end of season DVD.

Exactly, don't know why blues get so wound up over it, I love it, I wanted them unbeaten going into the Derby the closer it got so we had that chance.

I've read the same on here for years, worrying they were going to win the CL etc, everyone was cacking it, but the sensible amongst us were looking forward to their fury when they lost.

The worry some had about them winning in the CL was all worth it seeing as they're still now moaning about the injustice of what was the softest incident to injure a player in a final, ever.

Everyone means everyone. That includes 'the sensible amongst us'.

Interesting to see Chelsea already stumbling. Looked like serious challengers (and might still be) 10 games in. If they beat City they'll be doing Liverpool a massive, massive favour.
