It’s funny how life makes strange bedfellows, I remember some deeply unpleasant trips to Maine road . Mark Hughes behaving classlessly , hart running from goal to join the rest of his players to encourage a booking and like the old one things getting a little bit lively outside the new stadium .

All that said I absolutely agree with you I hope they stroll it by a distance . In fairness it’s a pleasure to watch them but yeah all things considered Best of luck @Maine road Man

There was a time Everton had one of the most feared mobs in the country. Our neighbours were like children in comparison. Theyve never really got the mob culture to be honest like we did in its heyday.

The scousers would have destroyed the Napoli lot if that were to have happened.

Nowadays i dont know.

Fa Cup isn't a big deal for most clubs now, It either clubs pushing for a top 4 place and challenging for the title or teams struggling in the relegation mire who swerve it, and a big reason why why we have seen the likes of Stoke Palace recently who were mid table taking the fa cup serious and getting to a final with ease avoiding the big 6 teams until the final.

Look at some of the finals the last 10 years, i can't recall a classic one and the only one that stands out is the Wigan win over City.

Strange that. I remember a huge thread on RAWK of Kopites laughing at Arsenal for celebrating qualifying for the champions league. Then in the last few years with Arsenal winning so many FA Cups it's now much more important to qualify for the champions league and should be celebrated more than actually winning stuff. Those kopites eh. The hypocritical, murdering, racist scallywags.

How far have United fallen that I cant even dispute most of the team.

I would probably stick Lukaku up top instead of ladyboy and maybe Matic instead of Milner, but other than that, not much else.

Keita doesn't even make the liverpool xi never mind the combined team.

It's not that u fair but basically there's so many choices where it's much of a much mess.
A fully fit Shaw is better than Robertson. Has Gomez shown enough to be automatic choice ahead of smalling? Milner is meh. Martial ahead of mane. Firmino off the boil.

Both average teams really. Liverpool have had luck in almost every league game. Never known anything quite like it.
