Yes, absolute no sympathy whatsoever. He has whats coming to him.

I think he's been charged with arson (criminal damage with fire). To avoid custodial he has to convince the judge either
Low value damage caused & no physical harm caused
&
He has a learning disability & did it through intimidation.

If either of those fails, he is looking at custodial. If on the culpability side of things the judge deems
"Revenge attack" (because of the blue lights, or it's Everton's HQ) or intention to cause very serious damage to property (remember he fires a rocket after being told to burn the whole thing down) he's looking at a year in prison at the very minimum.

Hopefully he gets a harsh judge who looks at it this way, and deems it a "high level of value damaged" caused. That was 4-8 years could be in play. That would be absolutely amazing, completely ruin the lads life, he will come out of it a shell of himself probably hooked on drugs. Life over. Families life tarnished. Happy days. YMCA.

It was premeditated in that he travelled about 30kms with a load of heavyweight fireworks to an event that he must have known about.

Then look at Liverpool fans / pundits / journalists since Friday? the Anfield Wrap? Redmen TV? Jamie Carragher?

Haven’t seen one condemnation of the violence from anyone connected with them, apart from the mayor Joe Anderson. I’m so thankful my dad brought up me to be a blue. I think the video of the kid firing them himself is after another initial round of fireworking on the video I have just seen. When that kid is firing them seems to be when all of the crowd have already gotten bored with it.

EFC need to make a statement regarding the Liver Buildings damage and seek the strongest punishment available. The statement should highlight our concern for the NHS and its people and dismay at a SKY employe being present. We should look to identify any wider Merseyside Councillors in the crowd. I believe some were present.

Hopefully there'll be pressure put on the FA to act too. Once again KOG trumpets tarnishing the image of UK football.

Technically the gathering of Players and Staff at Fornby Hall was also illegal as all licensed premises are supposed to be shut even for private events.

It was all over social media lads - they arranged it and had pics of boxes of flares and fireworks and the other tat they love - that's what I didnt understand about the policing of the whole thing - the coppers had all the intelligence they needed to get down there handy and disperse them before any of the [Poor language removed] hit the fan/fireworks hit the liver building!

I didn't know our inept chief con was a piss stinking wall botherer until later - so the policing of their illegal demonstration all feel into place, when I found that gem on these wonderful pages.
