ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

I’d think the value of the charge is going to be key surely ? if it’s relatively minor then he’d probably get away with the mags , if it ends up being the £10k that’s mentioned then I’d suggest that’s going the crown of only for sentence .
As its damage over £5000, its triable either way, therefore the initial hearing decides the facts of the case and whether it is indictable or to be heard as summary only.
Due to the nature of the offence and the publicity involved, it will no doubt be sent to Crown Court where the sentencing for Criminal Damage is up to 10 years in custody. Clearly he wont receive that sentence, but I would presume a custodial.

There is so much wrong with this. Firstly the guy is clearly a Leicester fan. I know the skip rats are pretty much illiterate but a casual glance at that shirt and anyone would know it wasnt one of ours.

Secondly and more importantly, the reason the guy was crying like that was because it was right after the clubs chairman tragic death. You'd think wouldn't you that they of all people would have enough sense to not mock and make light of a tragic death like that. Kin' shameless scum the lot of them.FB_IMG_1593369225270~2.jpg

It is on my facebook feed. I have figured out how to post it but the guy in the thumbnail avatar has his kids with him so I will not post it. The vid will pop up soon enough I am sure. Check facebook.

I've seen stills of that. The one where his lad is holding a firework which would be illegal for under 18s to hold right?

If they're panicking about that, it's too late. It's already been reported to the authorities. With a bit if luck, he will be unable to see his kids by the end of it. They might even get taken off him and out with a responsible family who can keep them safe, as he is not safe to be around children. Fingers crossed!

No doubt they will be grovelling as they do, but it's too late. He should have thought of this when he was putting his kid in severe danger.
