ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Most of that isn't very serious mind. I'm sure the old bill will understandably want some revenge on them and will pull them in, but as long as they are bright (which is doubtful) they'll get out ok with a bit of a warning.

I'd anticipate the old bill will mark their cards though. Hopefully their parents tax on their cards, vehicle checks etc are all up to date.

Yeah they may get off with it all, my point was that theyll definitely be speaking to the Police.

The main fireworks scruff who has been charged, his own Dad dobbed him in.

Presumably possession of a Class A and some kind of anti social behaviour charge. Maybe even outraging public decency, considering they're doing it off a police hat in the middle of a crowd at the Pier Hear and it has also gone viral.

I reckon no chance of possession if you say no comment I’d suggest they can’t prove anything to do with drugs . You’d never prove they stole the hat Unless there is footage and looking online at outraging public decency it’s probably a stretch.

Right. So why is a guy who looks about 50 mates with a 17 year old kid? And if he knows the kid in question, how did he get him confused with someone who lives in a different part of the country and is 2 years older than him? And you must surely know it wasn't him, if you actually know the kid in question? I mean there's something very fishy about what he did to me.
I said all that in an earlier post, plus if he posted the "wrong" picture were was the "correct" one?

Like I said, I agree they may get off with it all.

Theyll definitely be having words with the Police though. Theyll be bricking themselves right now about that.

If he still lives at home I imagine his dad will have kicked him out as well. Once he's out of prison he will be homeless. Gang of tramps. :D

I doubt that the kids snorting from the hat can be actually done for anything.

You can't prove exactly what the white powder is unless the hat is still somewhere and you can prove it's the same hat etc.

Should still get pulled in if identified. Might even get properties searched which could lead to something else.

I don't get how people don't understand that if you're doing something you shouldn't be, do not get caught on film. Cctv, police body camera or mates phone. Once it's out there you are done.

The term grass is embarrassing. It's what horrible people try and use to shame and intimidate in order to get away with stuff. In this case though, the grasses are your mates that filmed and shared it.

I could find that video in seconds now and send it to whoever if I wanted to. Can only blame themselves for it being out there.

The way I took it was that someone either accidentally sent him the pic with it meaning to be someone else or he accidentally posted that pic meaning it to be a different one.

There is no evidence for possession of a controlled drug.
If the Police Officer has reported a hat missing then I would assume they would be interviewed over handling stolen goods as it would be very unlikely to be able to prove who had actually stolen it.
The video is also indicative of S.5 Public Order as I would argue they display disorderly behaviour.
I would also imagine they would be voluntarily interviewed and summonsed as opposed to arrested due to there being no necessity for arrest now.

Yes for sure. Nicking a police officers equipment is taken very seriously. It sets a dangerous precedent. Liverpool fans have basically just taken the mickey out of them, in front of the watching world. Even if they can't secure a conviction, I imagine they will want to make a clear statement to those involved.

Yeah maybe but Unlike firework scruff they look like they’ve maybe been through it before so I’m not sure how much they’ll be bricking it but it’s nothing something you'd enjoy .

Anyone else looking forward to the "Fireworks Scruffs" banner at the next derby? With a little graphic of a burning Liver Building maybe.
