Why are they so bothered?

It's just plain weird. All they are going to do is make their fans more angry with this obsessiveness. City have broken no rules, have been penalised for no reason and are now going to make up for lost time.

I suspect a diktat has come from up high, to probably make a big thing on Cities soend to detract from their own spend after theyve punched themselves out with reckless agents fees and wages over recent years.

But yes reds, City are going to spend lots of money.

Why would anyone be ‘fuming’ that someone says they support a football club? That journo gets paid very decent money to type that out.

You don’t have to read it if you don’t want to, you dont have to click on the links, I don’t and I then have no idea what they’re writing. But to wish all the ‘worthless‘ people to lose their jobs ‘forever’, quite a few will come from Blue households, that’s irrelevant though, no matter what their persuasion, to wish that on families makes you come across as a wrong’un. To wish mass redundancies on companies that you don’t like, the employees probably don’t like, they’re there to make a living and make ends meet, just like the rest of us in this rat race.

Spurs fan here in peace and all. I have to say I used to think it annoying to have Arsenal as rivals with all nonsense their fans put out such as AFTV but wow Liverpool FC as a club and a fan base really do push the boat out. I just curious as to why and also why you guys seem quite down to Earth, opposite in fact?

I’m a newbie, forgive me. But a post on a footy forum should never be taken as literal? Like ever? Read the OP again, does that not sound literal? If it’s not literal, how do you tell? Can people just post what they want, nasty as they want and then just say ‘aaagh I didn’t mean it’? This isn’t even about footy it’s about human decency and people’s jobs.
