ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Thats a large part to do with it. They have got very jealous we have signed a genuine world star. They've gone and attempted a b rate version of him. In spite of all the attempted and forced excitement, nobody outside of their bubble really notices or cares, as they know he's just not of the same profile or ability as James.

I'm sure he will do well forthem. As I've said throughout Thiago is a good player, though well before Liverpool were really linked to him I said he would probably struggle to replicate his performance level in a high octane league/style. Some of the comments about him, like the champions league performances were a "montage to Thiago" is just embaressing. Why can't they just tell the truth and say he had a good game?

I mean it's funny how when their single biggest star has left, they scored 8 goals at the weekend. Far from missing him, early indications are they look a better team without him.
lol - converse with Bayern fans about who they would consider the was more of a key player...

I'm sorry, but what part of what you have said contravenes what I have put? You're not dealing with facts, you are dealing in irrelevant information that offers nothing to the debate. Have another try.
You were alluding to how crucial James was to Bayern (in you opinion); I countered that he wasn't there last season as he was busy warming Madrid's bench, when available. THAT is an irrefutable, indisputable fact, I'm afraid.

It's not my opinion though is it? He was named in the Bundesliga team of the year, so in the opinion of football experts and a myrdiad of stats people/recruitment guys who laud his performances.

At no point did I mention Real Madrid. It's not relevant to the discussion.

So lets stick to the terrain of the discussion, as you rushed in to defend your fellow ignorant red who claimed he hadn't done anything since 2014, and are looking to belittle his efforts in Germany by saying it's "my opinion". How would you characterise his spell in Germany, where he was named in the team of the year?

Or would it, at this point perhaps be better to acknowledge, like most Liverpool fans, you're not very clued up on football and rely upon Evertonians to keep you informed on the subject?

You don't even know who Liverpool did or didn't lose to a few games ago mate.

I would imagine Bayern fans would say both played very well for them.

It's funny though, how Ancelotti who had worked with both prioritised one. I suppose you know more than Ancelotti now as well? Even though you don't even know who Liverpool did or didn't lose too 10 games or so ago whie acknowledging you don't really follow their results in 2 of the 4 competitions you are involved in.

But yes, James was terrible for Bayern, even when he was in their team of the season. Clown.

I put as much relevance to the FA cup & League cup as Liverpool's management team...

Do you by any chance still count the 2 game knock about in a country with severe human rights abuses as the "world championship" to decide the "world champions" by any chance? Just so we get can get an idea of which competitions you are or are not willing to cheer for Liverpool in.

I didn't say that at all.

You said that Lampard had lost every match to Klopp.

Which is a false statement.

If you like, mate...

Apparently though, it doesn't count, as he isn't a Liverpool fan when it's in 2 of the 4 competitions they enter. He was probably cheering for Chelsea again on that occasion, so he won again.

When Liverpool are rubbish again he'll be back to supporting Manchester United like most of them, winning leagues and cups every year (without actually knowing who they play).
