ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

The great thing is we have gotten right in their heads. I hope it continues and they let it effect them on the pitch and they start to slide.

They had it easy last season now Villa hammered them and we robbed them blind the following game they cant handle it.

What I would give for us to nick the most snide of wins at Anfield in February they couldnt handle it as would he desperate for "retribution".

On Van Dijk - he'll be out 6-8 weeks tops imo.

I’m struggling to remember the last time they lost a player to a cruciate, a ruptured Achilles or a broken leg, anyone?

We’ve had loads, same as most other clubs, they’ve had a very fortuitous run in that regard.

They’ve had a couple but it’s always absolute nothing squad fillers like Ings and Oxlade-Chamberlain. Ours are pretty much exclusively key players and new signings.

No idea on Van Dijk, but that Gomez is a massive problem. Could be more serious, and in honesty given hes 30 if its serious he may never return the same.

It's funny that they were awarding themselves the title a couple of weeks back. Now this. Sides can get at them. We played pretty poorly yesterday and got 2 goals against them.

So far we have

Letters to the Prem
VAR officials bend the lines on the tv
Pickford set out to cripple VVD
Carlo’s game plan was to injure there players
Pickford should be charged with assault

I can see the flaws in Carlo's plan.

"Hey Picks"
"Wy aye boss?"
"Take out Van Dijk"
"Yeah but boss...."
"What?"
"He's a defender at the other end if the pitch like. Wouldna it be better like to have DCL do that boss? He'll see more of him like"
"Olson get your kit on lad"
Picks "No worries boss, I'm your man I'll go up for cormers"

"Also Richie, take out Thiago, but do it at the end of the game after its all too late for us to benefit from it"

It´s bewildering to see them call our club scum without any hint of self awareness whatsoever. We know we aren´t perfect. Pickford and Richarlison put in a couple of shocking challenges yesterday and no one is denying it, but the idea they can give us any moral lectures on how we operate is laughable. The charge sheet below tells you all you need to know. The worst part is, I could have added more.

Bad tackles? Take your pick.

Supporting racism? We´ve got that too.

Destroying the local area they claim to care so much about it? Of course they´ve done that.

Celebrating winning their first league title in 30 years by vandalising the city? They just couldn´t help themselves.

Stealing from their own fans and being branded the worst in Europe? Oh dear.

Showing pride in the murder of 39 football fans? Guilty.

This point wins the internet. Bravo sir, bravo. Sniff it lurkers.

I am still in awe of the arrogance to assume that they should be calling the shots in football. It is an altogether new level of Kopitery, though to be fair, not from the fans, but the capitalist highwayman owner, Henry.

If the FA just let it slide it will be an admission that the top clubs of the moment can challenge their authority - and it'll only be a matter of time before the next great idea pops up from some foreign billionaire owner.
True...and one day, one of these cunning plans will get adopted
