Thats quite simply not true.
Barca, if they have to sign any Liverpool player before 2020 transfer window close, would have to pay an additional 100m pounds. Blame Coutinho's transfer for this.

Not sure what's happened to Barxa, they got lucky with Iniesta, Xavi and Messi coming through the ranks, but their recruitment has always been horrendous.

David Villa + Alves aside - not sure they've made a good signing over the years?

I dont think so mate. None of them have been as prolific as Iniesta, Xavi and Messi. And Busquets.
You could say Rakitic and Suarez to some extent. Pique and Mascherano as well. But none of the others have been a Barca stronghold as much as Iniesta, Xavi and Messi.

They've got a very good keeper from Germany in Ter Stegen and does Gerard Pique as a signing? He went elsewhere as a kid and returned to be a class act.
