ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Yeah you're right, just had a gander at Palace's results since Hodgson took over, they've beat the RS once, surprisingly before Hodgson took over they were a bit of a thorn in the side of the RS.
We always still have a go. Just not as successfully. Plus two Palace sending offs and two Salah collapsing in the area for the inevitable pennos have not helped in recent home games.

Spurs game was finely balanced so he didn't use subs. He was focused on trying to win the game and not player welfare. A bit of honesty off him wouldn't go amiss.

He wants to be able to start a game against weaker opposition with 3 or 4 key players rested but bring them all on if necessary. Or start them and bring them off early if it is comfortable.

Why would clubs with far weaker squads vote for this?

Also, changing the sub rules to benefit the richer clubs just maintains the status quo.
If they struggle to balance the squad then it gives other clubs a chance of getting into the champions league etc. This spreads the power a little.

Because they are the most susceptible to injury & the smaller the squad the bigger the impact.

Klopp admitting today that he will vote multiple times for "Hendo" for SPOY.

“Can I vote? Do I have more votes than one or can I push the button more than once?”

Utterly brazen. With leadership like that no wonder their fans are psychopaths.

I mean I am right in saying this is fraudulent?

Well done Klopp, for voting for the mediocre white man, to get an award over people of colour and women by cheating. Great example you're setting that, of how to entrench structural racism and sexism with micro aggressions.

Don't worry though, he believes someone else will forgive him of all his wrong doing anyway, so he never has to take any responsibility.

But clearly they don't think that, otherwise they would have voted for it.

indeed - although Southampton, Brighton, WBA and Everton have clearly seen the bigger picture.

I would question the motivation of some of the no voters - I suspect it’s as much a backlash to Liverpool’s (and others but in particular them) attempts to dictate terms, which clearly hasn’t gone down well

I think you're assumption that 5 subs is logical and sensible is your failing here. Seems to me 10 teams understand the importance to see evidence to back up some quite erratic assumptions.
