When you see stuff like this makes me pray we spend big this summer.

A big summer spend for the Blues whilst work begins on site at BMD for a new top class stadium whilst they miss out on CL dough and spend a few quid. Add Coutinho joining it would be hilarious.

Poor oul Aldo....conjecture driven column full of "mights" and "maybes". The Kopites had to eke out an apology from their Paymaster General Henry over in Boston over the Super Euro debacle....theres no guarantee that he'll be itching and scratching to finance a spending spree to sweeten them up during the break.

It’s what they do.
When they won the CL in 2005 I lived in Dublin and I remember going outside the pub I was in at full time to have a smoke. This was just after they had pulled back 3 goals. Their fans should have been buzzing but an Irish RS had to bore me with how much Chelsea spend every minute.
I was like, WTF the team that you gloryhunt have just pulled off an amazing comeback and that’s all you can think about.

So to sum up....you can't punish to club and the fans for the actions of the owners last week, as a points deduction would be unfair to them.

But its fine that the club and fans continue to benefit from the actions of the owners in the transfer market this summer, which once again gives them an unfair advantage over most of the league
