Second most boring. Red Star Vs. Marseille is seared onto my brain as the most tedious game of football I have ever endured.

I was only ten. And I remember it better than I remember the 95 cup final. I remember who I was with, where we watched it, what we ate and above all... How absolutely terrible it was. it's printed itself into my brain as a kind of comfort blanket whenever I watch a really dire game..."Oh well, it's not the Red Star final".

The game was a bit of an anti climax after we'd been sold the tickets on the strength of the England semi would be at Goodison.
But it was an honour to watch Yashin...and tbh, some of the germans. But I didn't know any of the russians from Lenin - only The Man In Black.

Kinda funny how both Manchester clubs bettered their result over the weekend. Soon as Norwich on the Friday night became I thing i reckon they convinced themselves that they would be throwing the gauntlet down in the 'title race'. As it stands people are actually starting to turn their attention to their defence now lol
