A run that included them losing heavily to PSG, Red Star Belgrade, Napoli, and Barcelona before winning the most boring final in the history of the competition. All that after throwing away a ten point lead to a team that spent the entire season without their best player.

City are on a different level to that shower and that will be shown this season as it should have been last season. The stars aligned for them in the league last season and they still couldn’t do it.

Their fans are usually relatively normal on the exterior but that soon disappears if you mention football. All sense of reason is gone and they start trying to convince the world that the Earth is flat. They can not see anyone else's point of view even though deep down they know they are wrong. With a bit of luck Adrian will be good for a few errors that will get them out of contention.

They haven't learned their lesson: you have to keep buying quality to evolve. They got away with a freakishly small injury list last season and a number of games they edged in the final moments of play.

They wont hit 90 points this season. City can do that without breaking into a sweat.
