The saddest thing about the reaction to their behaviour is the predictability of it all and that every single person who knows anything about them knew what was going to happen:
- Feral behaviour by no-mark rats attempting to get inside the stadium with no valid ticket.
- Police getting involved.
- “We’re doing nothing wrong, it’s the (insert scapegoat name here… Chelsea fans, Evertonians in disguise, locals etc)”
- Club double down on the garbage with disingenuous outrage and demands for an investigation.
- The snivelling weasels that pander to them in the media at home unwilling to call out the shambolic behaviour through fear of being the target of smears against them by the elite LFC-fan-social-media-trawlers.
And guess what? Next time they reach a European final, you can expect to see an absolute carbon copy of all of the above.
