A purely anecdotal tale.

4 good friends of mine, all went to Paris with fake tickets, they stayed in the fan park all day as they heard it was a nightmare to even try and get in.

One of them bought a blag ticket for £50 and sold it someone for £30 in the fan park just before KO

They all said blag tickets and lemo were everywhere. There must have been thousands of fake tickets, so when the French lad said it was 'on an industrial scale' you have to agree. Of course no media outlets will touch it.

For what it's worth these are what I would say are decent kopites, all go the game when they can and didn't want us to go down. Known them since I was 4.

Mate of mine I was out with Thursday night said the same. He went without a ticket, stayed in the fan park and got offered blags all day. Never took any and watched the match there.
From his account there must have been 1000s doing the rounds in the fan park alone.

Awful what happened to those innocent people. Sounds horrible and I do really think all involved need to have a good serious think about hosting any major event at that stadium in the future. I wouldn’t go round there and paris is my favourite city to visit. It’s beautiful.

Another thought I had when watching this video is when do Everton set up a website so Everton fans can relay their experiences of leaving Anfield after the April derby? Sounds pretty similar to me.

Liverpool's long standing 'urchins' fan group had far right connections with ultras in Europe.

You can see it in their insignia they used on their banners. The far right footy ultras tend to use nazi symbolism like hammers and axes, or deaths head imagery.

IIRC the urchins were mentoned by Searchlight one time in their review of dodgy fan groups.

They defo had those leanings...scallies for the most part, but they had wronguns amongst them who bought into the fascist ultra thang.
