I think normal people clearly see that he is in no way conflating the two. Unfortunately for Marty, he isn't dealing with normal people. I have no doubt in my mind that a large part of their fanbase is really enjoying this because they get to pull out the violins.

My thought process as I heard it was Hillsborough and other hooligan issues. In that split second knowing that Hillsborough was not a result of hooliganism, I immediately took it that Tyler had made an attempt, albeit a clumsy one, to differentiate between the two.
But again, the ferocity of fume towards one of their greatest fans is amazing.

Poorly worded sentence, and now they’re misreading it. As much of dinosaur Tyler is, and he’s bloody awful, there’s no way he’s meant that.

Never stops. “Fixture congestion”, but won’t be moaning about his 572852 Champions League games starting next year, will he?
 
I see their Assistant Manager has hailed A-Arnold as the new Cafu and has suggested his attacking prowess should be used more by England. I guess though he'll have to be selected to play first.... as a Defender.

Didn't someone like Pearl Drops there label Flanagan, another full back, as Cafu-esque.... who was then duly despatched to the wilderness. Doesn't augur well, does it.

If they get a couple of injuries, Herr Flick will probably be comparing it to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, what a weird bell end he is.
 
No sympathy for that tool Tyler. Totally brainless comment and deserves to criticism he gets.

He should've been put out to graze years ago. At least commentators like Brian Moore and John Motson (both better than him) knew when to call it a day.

Funny thing about him is every single club has fans which accuse him of being a fan of their rivals. I see it a lot when I have a nose at other clubs fansites.
