ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Joe Cole on ITV doing the studio rubbish

His banner appears as “Joe Cole Liverpool & England”

Mmmmm let’s check

West Ham - 126 appearances
Chelsea - 183 appearances
Liverpool - 26 appearances
Why on earth would they attribute to Cole a far less successful football club that's won 1 title* in 33 years rather than Chelsea where he won three league titles?

Bizarre. Cole's agent should be all over that.

Their grandad's would never have been allowed into that club. That's the truth of the matter.

A city with a massive historical and cultural link to Ireland and one of the football clubs of that city never signs an Irish player until the 1980s - when Everton had them in from the 1890s and most other English clubs had them as players prior to the Second World War and certainly by the 1970s.

That was a policy. It was no accident. And the Irish who follow Liverpool now hand them their cash, the 'kin mugs.

Wasn't Elisha Scott Irish? Dixie Dean's great rival and friend.

Look what they did after Hicks and Gillett were ousted - the 'Yanks, no thanks' calls bit the dust as they embraced FSG and all the talk of resisting commercialisation - the price of their tickets have rocketted - and they were silent abpout the Euro scab league until Gary Neville and Chelsea fans started to revolt over it.

They'll take cash off any source - oil money included - and merely blame it on a PL arms race that they couldn't stay outside of if libpoolfc were to keep its place at or near the top table.

The BS that comes out of them is laughable.

ye it will be ok tho for them to spend dirty aren money

or well theryes is legal lol

Joe cole is sound

"When I joined, the guy interviewing me said 'you've joined the biggest club in the country' and reeled off the trophies they'd won," said Cole. "I just said 'yeah, if you put it like that, I suppose you're right' and Liverpool used that as the headline to the interview.

"I didn't want to upset anyone so I just went along with it. But obviously they're not the biggest club in the country any more. How do you judge how big a club are? Nottingham Forest won the European Cup twice but they're not a bigger club than Chelsea."

Weird that as well. He was clearly finished by the time he joined them. You'd laud his time at Chelsea surely?

Oh, yeah, idiots in the media.
Obsessed with LFC the media so they have to find a way to get them in with there being no prem football. Not one David Johnson tribute clip showed him playing for us on either national sport or local news despite him having two spells with us and one with the shiite.

they were even shoehorned into one of the WC games today, they were talking about the stadium and that we'll "recognise it from Liverpools Universe cup game against someone or other from a few years ago".

Here we go!

I think I’ve spotted a big problem for the kopites here……..

LeighDay eligibility criteria:
  • You live in England and Wales

You can’t live in both lol

BBC at it with Kolo Toure - "former Liverpool defender Kolo Toure appointed Wigan manager"... 5x as many games for Arsenal, league winner, 2x FA Cup winner. Liverpool: nothing
