If Brighton beat us I will take no.pleasure in it not helping Liverpool

Brighton aren’t getting top 4 regardless. Everton survival is absolutely paramount, but if we stay up, the only remaining glimmer of pleasure from this season would be to see this lot have a year in the wilderness with their finances taking a hit. These lot getting into the CL on goal difference whilst we get relegated is just the absolute deathknell for football for me.

I do not see the attraction on staying up only to repeat it next season, we are miles off even the likes of Villa,Brentford and Brighton,never mind the top clubs.

And a couple of years ago we weren't, and before that we were miles ahead. I know one thing though, if we go down we won't have the opportunity to come back and have the momentum swing back our way for years and years, it's absolute lunacy to give up our position in the top league because of a couple of years of hardship.

"doesn't give us a second thought " get real mate, every time one of our ex players comes on at Anfield all you hear is blue and white s.hite . They hate us being in the city. Yeah I am bitter but only because I have been made it by living along side those obnoxious tvvats.

That Forest-Brighton result was the absolute worst game of the season at both ends. Absolute killer of a result.

Forget Brighton mate,their fixtures are horrific, Arsenal and Newcastle away and City at home, no way the will finish above RS.

Wouldn’t write them off myself. Arsenal are bottling and Newcastle aren’t unbeatable.

You would prefer the possibility of spending years in a lower division just to see Liverpool play in the 2nd tier of European football.
