Saw this all over the news this morning...very nice gesture of them to fly out to Liverpool for Christmas the parents of an employee who is only making tens of thousands of pounds per week and to make sure the rs media spread the good will gestures of the "most ethical" club in the world😂in other news, Bank of England are flying out their chief executive's parents to Disneyland for Christmas

When they pretty much own the UK media its not hard with all their acolytes falling over themselves to fluff them at every opportunity.

If Man City are found guilty and lose one or two league titles would the titles go to the RS in the seasons they were second. And if so will the RS have a open top bus parade 🤔

In Serie A in the 2004/5 season Juventus won it but we're subsequently found guilty of match fixing and we're stripped of the title but the title was not awarded to the second place team. It was left blank so possibly go down this way hopefully

Even looking past the monumental hubris of them just assuming none of the other teams up there can finish above them, you would think even their cro-magnon brains would have the self awareness to recognise the sheer size of the asterisk which would come with a title win under those circumstances. I've had the following possibilities rolling around my head with regard to why the punishment for us was so over the top:
1. They are so legitimately stupid as to not realise that people will expect consistency.
2. They just plan to stonewall us all and don't care
3. They expect that by the time any kind of punishment will need to be meted out in the future demanding consistency, the landscape will have changed
4. This is all part of a plan to remove city as an obstacles to the RS

My money is on 3, but none of them would surprise me...they aren't mutually exclusive either.
