Why on earth would anyone feel the need to say 'which in no way was Van Dijk's fault' when all of the media have continually towed their party line and talked about Pickford's foul on St Virgil? When has anyone ever implied that the victim of a heinous crime could possibly be at fault?
It's a bit like talking about the JFK shooting and saying 'an incident which in no way was Kennedy's fault'.

Or supposedly.

Never gets old. I still have kopite mates who becry how unlucky Gerrard was to slip. I constantly have to remind them that if in that moment, he'd have shown the technique of just a sunday league player, and controlled a simple pass properly, then he'd never have slipped in the first place.

Anyway, I only came in here to inform everybody that if Klopp gets booked at Villa, he'll be suspended for his final game at the pit, which would be effing hilarious. Fingers crossed hey.

He’ll be sat in in Kip and cameras all pointed him… it’s almost to perfect for him

It’s this kind of thing that makes you believe there must be ex players employed in the media to spin the Liverpool party line.
The carragher towed the Nunez line until the last couple of weeks when he changed over the course on a game… tells you they are selling him this summer (if they can)
