Honestly I thought it was embarrassing how much was made about him at the weekend

It was like the Queen had come back to life and then died again

I have no problem with Liverpool fans appreciating the job he did and wanting to wish him well on the way out

That's perfectly normal and I hope they got out of it what they wanted

I don't see why the rest of us needed to have it shoved in our face though

There are 19 other teams in the Premier League and another 72 in the football pyramid. It's our sport too and seeing it all be made about them and their manager, when there was still a Title to be decided on the day itself, is just messed up

No wonder their fans go so crazy when the normal dips and adversity that effect every other club befall them. They are so used to being built up and treated like they're special by an indulgent media, that when everything doesn't go their way they just can't handle it
