ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

I don’t think I have a ‘good’ reason for supporting Everton! Grew up on the east cost, neither of my parents were into football. I just remember watching a match on TV when I was a kid and decided to support the team in blue.

It was the 1-1 draw at Anfield in 88/89 when Wayne Clarke scored a pen.

Grew up and moved over to the north west first chance I got. Does that make me a wool or a plastic?
It makes you an Evertonian mate, nothing else matters

From yesterday's 'Northern Ireland World':

A man wearing a Liverpool FC shirt emblazoned with the name of top player 'Virgil' whilst part of a street gathering in Antrim town, was shouting "Get the foreigners out to [Poor language removed], black ones get them out".

Details emerged at Antrim Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena, on Tuesday (November 19) where Robert Daniel Rosbotham (39), of Seacash Drive in Antrim, admitted being disorderly in the Fountain Street area of Antrim on August 3 this year.
A prosecutor told the court "anti-Islamic protestors planned to disrupt transport links across Northern Ireland with specific mention of Belfast, Bangor, Newtownabbey, Antrim, Carrickfergus and Larne".

What is it with them and fountains eh

Why do their "family" always "come from Liverpool".

Wherever you go, any red you meet "Family are from there"... amazed town isn't a ghost town with all these people bailing 😂
Admittedly I only watched about 7 seconds , what was more than enough . the ships to America mostly left from Liverpool , it’s a tenuous link even for a yank to claim that makes them a scouser .

I actually watched a fair bit of it.

It was ALOT better than some of these tossers who go to experience a "premium match experience".

But christ. No offence to Americans at all, but they're so cringe with football videos.
