The story is in the Mirror now as well, they also mention the hull story and there is a picture as well;

I think it is very sad, I just hope its a small minority who are quickly rounded up and dealt with. More importantly though I hope our fans are not "tarred with the same brush" as Liverpool fans.

I am also a little concerned about The Derby on the 28th January, its going to be at 8pm on a Tuesday night, so even those who are in work will have a good 3 hours drinking before kick off.........

Bizarre how the media is focused on Liverpool again. Can they also tell us what is happening around all the other grounds?. Im sure a Tottenham v Arsenal game would of had an incident or 2, or are we not allowed to print that?

I hope the perpetrator is caught quickly, it is most likely NOT a Liverpool fan.
This appears to be the same group who have attacked a couple of coaches recently and police need to pull their socks up and get some results, they are just little group of rats hanging around. Hope the guy gets well soon.
Strange most of the problems for LFC start occurring when the team is doing a bit better than usual !!!!!. Food for a media frenzy though."

interesting the lad isnt talking to police, why on earth wouldnt he

probably a 'Oldham Athletics Ultra', the same way those hull fans who got thier coach smashed in were 'Hull City Ultras'.... idiots the lot of them. not the 80s anymore lids.

Yeah mate. I think he probably stabbed himself in the arse five times to get the best fans in the country a bad name.

The truth is out there.

Thats one of the main reasons I don't go to many away games. Loads of my mates have been battered on the way back to the coach because we won.

Quite frightening

unfortunately, after there are incidents involving them we very often then have to follow on from them and get the brunt of it as the nation very much just sees 'scousers.'
They brick a Hull coach & who do we play last game of the season when it's quite possible a lot of our fans will be hoping to get into their end purely to see a joyous event, but the Humber Police will be tripled in case of hull fans looking for retribution against 'them scousers' add to that the fact it could be the last game as Hull City and what you've got is an Armageddon Situation.

Fans that went to Florence for the Fiorentina match spoke of the way they were treated with "What do you expect, you're from Liverpool" being said to them by locals, waiters etc. Then of course the Fiorentina lot rolled out the carpet for the R/S, and conned them into becoming 'fan twins' all purely cos of their hatred for Juventus.

obviously the lads who done it are 1000x worse more beauts

what do u make of the lad not talkin to police then

I think he's "in on it" with dee FA, doze Uefa lot, der Mancs, der Murdoch empire and dee Bilderberg Group. Dee all wanna blame Libpool fer ev'rythinkkk lad.

Mate i feel for you..... i know what you mean though.

Years ago i was at Boro (riverside) and after a brief bit of banter with some fans, a couple of minutes later, me and my mate were approached by some angry young lad waving around what i can only describe as a crowbar. Yes a crowbar !

After weighing up the situation, i told the lad ' Ramming that up your arse will take the smirk off your face you little **** won't it ' .... and i went to go for him ( i know i did bite ). The lad ran off

Now i admit it was frightening when i think back. I wasn't shocked really, seen a lot of stuff over the years but its sad to see its still around and is keeping fellow fans from attending their beloved clubs.

Just cannot believe this, I am speechless. This is not the city I knew when growing up. What on earth has happened as Rainhill or Mghull opened it's doors?

Think the FA should look at incidents like this and hit the clubs by enforcing a closed gates game or two.
