You never hear Utd fans going on about "3 times" or Forest fans "2 times" or Chelsea harping on about Munich 2010.

Liverpool fans have become a parody of themselves. The thing is, how many modern day Liverpool supporters have seen them win the 5 European titles? Or the 18 league wins? Hardly any of them.

It's as cringe worthy as England fans who go on about 1966. Move on for god sake!

The modern format Champions League is far more difficult to win, true. I'd never bring that up in a debate with a Liverpool supporter though, there's no point, they only see what they want to see.

To be fair, the RS won it a few times when you had to be Champions to qualify.

What happened the last 2 times we qualified by being Champions?

....not sure, once upon a time you had to win your domestic league to even qualify.

This is true but a lot of European teams when they were top dogs were poor, even a lot of those titles they won were one horse races, basically they just cash in on the easy seasons when the competiton is weak and in reality have never been that good
