Yes. Quite right. But if that was a textbook move involving Jagielka, Gerrard gave him a lesson in how to sidestep the blame surely coming his way after the ball ricocheted off his box head. Gerrard - straight into the dressing room to avoid questioning > Jagielka - waylaid by reporters with questions about the error for the second goal, thereby associating himself with it, and there's now a vague understanding about who the perpetrator of the balls up is.
There's no flies on GBH. He's as snide as they come. Lesson learned by Jagielka you'd hope.

Gerrard won't retire he's an egomaniac and will want the record number of caps.
