Would take Suarez over Aguerro due to Suarez being build like a tank and not getting Injured when Aguerro injuries are a concern, if Aguerro didn't have a weak hamstring then it would be Aguerro for me every day.
 

Not sure if he even off to Spain, he will be expensive and is 27, Ronaldo and Bale were much younger when they went to RM for massive money. The rs are also sayin there no release clause and said Suarez denied having a release clause but I'm sure I read where Suarez said there no release clause for a certain club.

He is at this point in time, but remember when they were saying Torres was number 3 in the world back in 09? The reason Messi and Ronsldo are out on their own is because they do it season after season against every opposition and in the big games.

Suarez has done it for one season. Were people saying Van Persie was up with Messi and Ronaldo last season? What about Drogba in his pomp? No of course they didnt. The only players in the prem in the last 5 years to be called 'best in the world' by the media coincidentally have been Torres and Suarez who to date have had two exceptional seasons between them. Mind you thats more than their total Liverpool medals.

It takes more than one season in the premier league of pubishing the dross to be ranked up with Messi and Ronaldo. If Suarez rips up the champions league and repeats hos prem form next season then fine, but of he goes missing in the big games again, doesnt win anything, but puts 10 past Leicester over 2 games then no onewill give one.

Problem with this is that Roy is not going to drop Gerrard because he has a strong Liverpool bias. He said he wasn't picking players by name, but by merit, yet he picked Johnson, Henderson, Gerrard...

Gerrard retiring is the only way he won't play for England again.
 
Suarez is third best in the world for me. I think he's better than Aguero and tbh I wouldn't even say it's that close.

As Davek has said above, that makes it even more of a stunning achievement by the RS not to win anything (bar a League Cup) with him yet.
 

thought he was younger 27, hes gotta go this summer hasnt he??...he obvs has a massive problem with the english media

....I agree, but that represents a weakness in the Manager. I dare say a Gerrard announcement will get him out of a difficult situation but any proper Manager would be strong and do the right thing.
