Fine by beating Villa, Stoke at Anfield and Moyes at Anfield. Then drawing with Swansea and losing to Southampton. Not exactly the cream of the crop there.

I suppose I shouldn't be shocked at Barcelona wanting to be associated with this toerag but I must say a bit of Barcelona's mystique will die the day he steps out on Camp Nou.

Stoke missed a penno in the dying minutes at The Pit to miss out on a draw.

THE FA’s decision to hit Liverpool with two charges is ludicrous and will fuel fears that there’s a witch-hunt being conducted against the club.

Have the game’s rulers really not got enough to sort out without concerning themselves with a photo allegedly showing Luis Suarez flashing his middle finger in the direction of Fulham fans?

After all the ludicrous denials and talk of witch-hunts, conspiracies and scapegoats,Luis Suarez finally ended the charade.

The Liverpool FC striker has belatedly acknowledged what the world already knew by admitting he sunk his teeth into Giorgio Chiellini. Suarez says he “deeply regrets” his actions and has vowed it will never happen again.
