No way is it £63M less Sanchez in part-ex. They've spent top dollar on crap already - why would they change the habit of a lifetime when they need to cover so many gaps?

True, but that is more because of who Barcelona already have than Sanchez' own ability.

Look at Ibrahimovic's time there - he looked utter jarg, or rather was made to look utter jarg because Messi was so good that he dominated the forward play of that team. Likewise Villa wasnt at his best there, even though he genuinely was world class and would have been the main man in almost any other side between about 2007 and when he broke his leg in 2012. You can also see the first signs of Neymar going the same way, or at least he looks a lot better (or at least more consistently good) for Brazil in this tournament than he did last season for Barcelona.

Barca should really either keep Sanchez, or sell him and rotate the likes of Tello, Deulofeu etc into that supporting role, rather than spend idiot sums on the racist.

His record before Barca is not impressive either to be fair, quite poor to be honest

That is the team that paid a huge amount of money to get Fabregas back, when they already had Thiago btw.

35m for a 22 year old midfielder who was considered one of the best in europe is hardly massive money is it?
 



North west tonight aren't reporting it as fact that Sanchez is included ,their just saying some reports suggest they might include him

Sanchez wants to go to Arsenal so what happens then, Do Barca add 20 odd million to the price

No, unless you have a 18/19 year old who was considered one of the best in Europe in his age group already at the club and whose contract dictates you have to give him a certain playing time or his buyout fee drops to something that other big clubs can come in and take advantage of.

In any case, they dont have either of them now.

Brent wouldn't want Sanchez anyway as he doesn't come from Southampton
 
I'm sure he'll be thrilled at being a makeweight and sent off to a club he doesn't want to join.

However, I'm confident he'll put this disappointment behind him and knuckle down and act like a top professional during the coming season

Hahahahahahahahahahahaha, yeah right
