ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Should have yanked the little turd back to the bottom and say 'we go again'

Yeah, wait for them all to get to the bottom of the escalator and ask if they are going back to the start to "go again" - or slightly less awkward - wait for the next escalator further down and say "oh look, we go again"..

Come to think of it there must be multiple opportunities - like when the bus stops at the lights and starts to move.. "we go again".. when the queue for the bar moves "we go again" ... when you come out of the cinema after a great film and turn to your mates and say "(shall) we go again?"

Even if they'd kept the rat they would have finished 5th. They bottled it by the end and couldn't take it when teams just attacked them. They had a one off with old Wimbledon tactics, but everyone will have wised up by now ....... They are the new Southampton.....
Mate Brendan is sorting it now, the league won't know what hit them when he unveils his revolutionary 2-1-1-2-1-3 with inverted centre halves and an overlapping keeper.

Yet lifted the biggest trophy at club level...

Gerrard when he retires from the game will be remembered for three things:

1) Istanbul
2) His criminal off field acts
3) His single handed torpedoing of Liverpool's first and only title shot for a quarter of a century
4) His utter failure to turn up on international duty

A legend to Liverpool supporters, no doubt. But he's a very small footnote in the history of our game.
