The only one I'd have had is Lallana but they overpaid because he's English, daft really. Great business for Southampton like. But I can't justify selling one of the best players in the world, replacing him with Rickie Lambert. Then bringing in Lallana to do the same job as Coutinho, just better and then over paying for a pretty inconsistent centre half in Lovren. Was great when he just gifted the game to Spurs at WHL last season.

Lallana is the pick of them alright. But for that price I'd expect pace as well as the obviously decent skills he has. He'll end up playing out wide, crowded out of a spot he'd be better suited at and struggling.

oh yes yes we surely rejected to do the Remy deal for 8m even with a 135m transfer budget, and a 8m deal hinges on a 14m striker refusing to move

i'm sorry but we are liverpool not everton who have to sell first before they buy :)
