Pardon I am not offended on behalf of other people i commented that they may be displeased. For myself I was displeased, the assassination of Kennedy in my book is not something to be used in this manner, ffs a man was killed. I thus find the use of the photograph used in this way extremely unpleasant as i would in the case of any photo used which would depict a person being killed or very seriously harmed. This is a football forum..... What happened to feeling and humanity.

I don't understand why you've suddenly got upset over this one photo in particular. These mock up photographs are parodies of the absurd, grotesque, mawkish self promoting displays of LFC in the USA tastelessly merchandising themselves in the name of empathy and sympathy. Weve all enjoyed rightly laying into them over this and had a good skit and indeed a bloody good laugh. However you've missed the point as no slur or sarcasm was intended against JFK, the Directors of Titanic, any aged surviving cast members of "Up Pompeii"who may have seen the last post-eruption photo or indeed the many progeny of Skippy who may have seen the Kangaroo RTA victim... and any others involved in all the photos. Id hazard a guess that if any, more concern was expressed by some US citizens over a football club using a photo opportunity to project themselves grinning with their shirts in the name of a US tragedy. Feeling and humanity manifest themselves in many ways you know...even on a football forum.

Hahahaha. They have 18 league titles and 5 European cups, they're in CL and bellends over the globe having kopite themed weddings and they can't sign anyone higher profile than us. Lukaku is a bigger signing than anyone they have got. Ahahahahhahaa

main thing is because people don't sign because of something they did 40 years ago.

the managers are the biggest thing though. rodgers doesn't seem to have the capability to do any good scouting on his own, signified by his instance to buy players he knows and buying someone based on a couple of good performances at the WC in origi.

Exactly. We know we'll get respect when and only when we win things. Them lot seem to think they're owed it regardless of what they do on the pitch.

I think they'll struggle.

It just feels like they haven't learnt the lesson, that Tottenham demonstrated last year, it's an identical scenario... Key player leaves in big fee transfer, and they've gambled and replaced with 'names' as opposed to players, Markovic, Moreno and Manquillo are relatively unknow, yet are going to command £40m in fees alone, and that's one loan too.
Lallana at 26, for £25m is a robbery, he was a big fish in a small pond for me, how will he cope being just their average Joe? Lambert, i don't think will fit their system, although i predict he'll score the winner in the 90th minute of the derby infront of the Kop. I do feel however, that Lovren and Can could be cracking players for them, even if they have over paid by about 8m for Lovren, who's worth no more than £12m for me.

I just think they'll struggle. I may be wrong, i may be right, but especially with their CL campaign, i think they'll struggle. We should be aiming to finish higher than them, i think that will ensure us battling hard for the CL.

I think you are right, they over rate themselves. I cannot see Sterling stepping up and being a replacement for the Biter.
